Position: Experienced, Regional Level Property Manager

A nationally recognized, privately held property management company currently seeks a highly motivated, results-driven Regional level property manager with a proven track record in the industry for an award-winning large asset in the Indianapolis market.  Strong consideration will also be given to experienced managers that have demonstrated continued success in the retail and/or hospitality arenas.

Primary responsibility entails overseeing the daily operations of the property, while achieving and maintaining a 92 percent minimum occupancy through aggressive leasing and resident retention strategies. 

Other critical duties will include: 

  • Effectively hiring, supervising, and motivating a high caliber leasing, business office, and maintenance staff;
  • Efficiently providing ongoing leadership efforts;
  • Providing exemplary customer service;
  • Aiding in the development and implementation of a successful marketing plan; and
  • Conducting monthly financial and budgetary analysis.

Position: Commercial Property Manager
Location: CMC Properties, Carmel Office Center

CMC Properties is currently looking for a Commercial Property Manager for our Carmel Office Center. The right candidate will be self motivated and detailed oriented with a background in commercial leasing and property management. Preferred 5+ years expereince in real estate management. Skills include;basic accounting, general construction knowledge, lease negotiations, and tenant relations experience.

This is a full-time position with compensation consisting of salary + commission. We offer full benefits package (health, dental, vision) plus 401k, PTO, and flexible health spending account.

Position: Two Regional Property Managers in the Midwest for large owner and manager of apartment communities.


THE POSITIONS:

REGIONAL MANAGER - Conventional

  • To manage the day to day operations of a portfolio of approximately 1,000 conventional apartment units, including new lease up communities

REGIONAL MANAGER - Affordable

  • To oversee the operations of a portfolio of Section 8 apartment communities totaling 2,000+ units. This portfolio also includes on LIHTC site.
